Holographic stickers and types of tamper proof hologram you should know

Two of the most prioritized factors considered in an organization of any industry segment are security and branding. With counterfeit merchandise witnessing a boom, security for protection of the products from counterfeiting, duplication, and adulteration is often an issue of discussion and attention. Here lies the importance of labeling or packaging products with holographic stickers. It takes years to build a brand but only a few days to garner a negative image. Counterfeiting does affect branding. Holograms help companies build their brands cost effectively and at the same time secure their products from counterfeiters. The overall expenses of manufacturing a particular product may go up, but the sales graph rises and a positive image of the company and brand gets robotically created.

It is the tamper proof hologram that is the most preferred by manufacturers, OEMs, retailers, and distributors in industries encompassing detergents, chemicals, FMCG, pharma, hardware, jewellery, watches to bank cheques, driving licences, credit cards, debit cards, recorded media, fashion wear, fashion accessories, automotive components, passports, and the list goes on. Used as hologram stickers, they are made available in an assortment of sizes, shapes, and forms and carry a variety of messages according to preferred requirements of clients. These can be customized according to clients’ exact requirements with incorporation of company logo, information, image, etc., ensuring added security.

The tamper proof hologram is made available in the following packaging or labeling types:
·        Transparent film wrapper that securely encloses a product or container; any attempt to use or remove the product requires cutting or tearing the wrapper
·        Breakable cap with either external security or combination of both internal and external tamper evidence; any attempt to use or remove the product breaks the cap
·        Sealed tube wherein the mouth is sealed; it is only after puncturing the seal that the product can be used or removed

·        Shrink seal and band that are shrunk to fit the product containers by heating or drying. It requires tearing or cutting the seal to use or remove the product.
