Easy and Simple Ways to Choose Shrink Sleeves for Quality Results

Shrink sleeve labels are known to be the affordable and easy ways to provide self-defining image to the products. When it comes to choose shrink sleeves, there are different concerns. Here are the steps to get great results –

Shrink Films
Shrink sleeves suppliers provide shrink films as per the required percentage of finish (gloss/matte), stability and application of initiatives, and user requirements. There are four types of films used - polyethylene terephthalate (PETG), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyactic acid (PLA) and oriented polystyrene (OPS).

Shrink films and shrink sleeve labels, when used in four common types of films, are the only film choices. There are several hybrid films and new features available. PETG PLA or OPS are used with combination of films.  The film reduces the amount of petroleum which is required to improve properties. New shrink films provide some kind of decoration and environmental damage protection.

Size
First of all, you have to find out the type of container you want to label. Shrink sleeves are used to cut height and lay flat. The placement of label will also help find out the height of cut. You need to label the neck of container to the base of cover if you want to cover the base. You can also add tamper proof seal or cap.

You need to consider the label design which is important to know the location of seam in the label. You can also get the material with proper size from the label manufacturer to ensure that the seal is aligned properly before submitting thefinal design.
